Should there be another round to help bring more ideas to life? I also think that in Round 2, it would be particularly helpful to have a time during work hours that is explicitly for brainstorming and teamwork, so that participants don't feel guilty about working on the ideas AT work, and don't have to sacrifice their free time, either. It is, afterall, ideas that drive Mindblossom's success...
