		<description>After the competition, talking with other people around the office, I found there were some fantastic ideas that were never realized because of time restrictions or inability to get the teams together or in agreement... Should there be another round to help bring more ideas to life? I also think that in Round 2, it would be particularly helpful to have a time during work hours that is explicitly for brainstorming and teamwork, so that participants don't feel guilty about working on the ideas AT work, and don't have to sacrifice their free time, either. It is, afterall, ideas that drive Mindblossom's success...</description>
